We offer a cheap, modern accommodation on the ground floor with 70m² for short, medium or long term stays e.g. for mechanics or as a holiday apartment (non-smoking, gas-central heating).
It is located in a quiet residential area of Karlsruhe-Grötzingen.
Our accommodation has been completely renovated in 2016 and is equipped with all comforts (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, refrigerator freezer, LCD TV, ...). Cabinets, comfortable beds (no bunk beds), as well as cover and bedding are of course available and is included in the price.
There is free parking in front of the property.
Karlsruhe-Grötzingen offers a super traffic connection and is located at the remoteness very centrally of the city area inter alia by bus and train connection.
The motorway junction Karlsruhe (drive/exit Karlsruhe-Nord) 2 km distant.
